wear performance in any environment and working

the new pin retention system. The track pins receive

wear even under the most extreme conditions.
An additional surface coating treatment is added to the
VXUIDFHRIWKHSLQWRVLJQL¿FDQWO\UHGXFHWKHSLQJDOOLQJ
phenomenon.
The track bushings have a new internal geometry and
an improved inner surface roughness to reduce surface
friction between pin and bushing, optimize contact load
distribution and improve internal oil circulation.

design of the new retaining ring virtually eliminates pin-
link movement and, in the meantime, it increases joint
seal ability in applications where end-play growth can
exceed the capacity of the seal.

guarantees improved seal ability and better performances
at extreme ambient temperatures (both high and low).

base oil to increase the joint load bearing capacity and
guarantee an ambient temperature operating range from
-40 °C to +50 °C (from -40 °F to +122 °F).

Steels), are through hardened and stress relieved to
guarantee excellent wear, high strength and resistance
The track shoes (Super Extreme Service) are available in Heavy Duty version (shoe plate thickness 23
mm - 0,90 in.); they receive quench and temper treatment to increase robustness and avoid bending
and, at the same time, resist wear even in very demanding environment. A central mud hole is provided
to reduce accumulation of material on the track chain.

Roller shell is made from special boron steel and
trough hardened to increase robustness, guarantee
high resistance and optimize wear performance in any
environment.
The roller shaft is induction hardened, realized with high
VXUIDFH ¿QLVKLQJ TXDOLW\ WR UHVLVW KHDY\ UDGLDO DQG D[LDO
loads and in the meantime guarantee an adequate internal
oil lubrication.
Idler wheel is made from special cast steel, with idler rim
induction hardened to increase robustness and optimize
wear performance.
The new sprocket segments are made with special boron
steel, through hardened and stress relieved to obtain
high resistance and optimize wear performance in any
environment.
The extensive engineering activity, combined with new
machining technologies guarantees the new sprocket
segments series are fully interchangeable with current
OEM production items.
