This project is about Mobile and fixed line service provisioning of various spark telecom
service like Mobile, Managed data & Fibre service offerings are offered by the spark. different
Cots products are involved in the service fulfillment. Customer orders are captured from
different channels like CRM/BULK. further Ericsson order care system does orchestrate with
different fulfillment systems. Billing handled by Single
view. Provisioning managed by Ericsson multi activation. Customer notification managed by
BOSS. different Local Fibre providers like chorus, shipping system - Ingram are
integrated with OM as part of fulfillment workflows. Fuse act as a middle ware between

migrated to the VRD platform. The project uses Ericsson Order Care and catalog manager
and Customized GUI framework for the product enablement.

Responsibilities
Converting High-level business requirement to technical user stories in Ericsson Catalogue
manager and order care area. Configuring product Catalog, Specification, developing
ordering and quoting workflows for the enablement of product migration.

3.PROXIMUS L3VPN - ORDER MANAGEMENT

This project is about fulfilling the L3VPN service order management function for Proximus
telecom Belgium. Customer orders are captured from different Proximus legacy systems
and pushed Ericsson order care (EOC). Further EOC does orchestrate the customer and
service orders to different fulfillment systems. The solution uses Ericsson order care,
Ericsson adaptive inventory, and EMA for service provisioning.

Responsibilities
Converting Business requirements to Technical User stories.
Configuring orchestration logic using Ericsson orchestration framework(OF), Configuring
fulfillment plan, Technical action specification, Microflow, Order care workflow mapping,
Milestone framework, Integrating with a different downstream system for the

catalog manager (ECM).

Link and LAN link products. As part of order management solution, Worked on Various
downstream interface design & developments, business flow Integration using Oracle OSM.

The SOM-F plays the role of the Service Order Management to fulfil customer services. It
decomposes and orchestrates the service/technical orders received from multiple CRM
systems for PSTN, Internet, IPTV, SOIP, Wi-Fi and WiBRO services. The solution has been
designed to handle all types of order types as dictated by the KT business. Besides discrete
service orders, SOM-F also handles bundled (PSTN + Internet) and complex orders
originating from various CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Responsible for end to end Low-Level Design (LLD) of Service order management function
for different KT services worked in the Design team. Designing workflow
modeling using Oracle OSM. Developing & Executing
