establishing an office with a motto “your security is our concern regarding you with
the best of our ability in the location all over Nepal.

Our security personals are all from retired Nepal Police and Nepal
army forces. All our candidates will be acknowledged under the rigorous
training procedures to update and familiarize with the task of a private
security guard. Every individual is well-trained for using modern security
equipment with innovative techniques. They are also academically trained
for natural and abrupt disaster management, traffic management; unarmed
combat and usage of firearms and related to the field of security requirement
in the country. They will be with the common individual attributes of
helpful, trustworthy, disciplined, dutiful, brave, humanitarian, well-
mannered and courteous.
We provide Dresses, Night-Sticks, Troches, Khukuri and other equipment
as required to the security personnel in our company. And also provide a
spontaneous back-up call. We also have a regular patrolling team; Day and
Night to monitor our staffs. Most importantly, we have valley-wide services
which smooth them in the communication amongst ourselves.

We also provide Senior Level Security Personnel to supervise the

security guards and even Manager Level who are capable of managing the
complete security services of any organization. These personnel are from the
background of Nepal Police force and army force and have a great deal of
experience in co-ordination with the concerned government authorities and
all security related matters in a right manner.

The rate sheets and other required information are attached along with

RANGE OF SECURITY SERVICE BEING PROVIDED:
 It is built-in/managed to provide complete security systems to the financial
institutions, commercial and government established offices (including shops,
Departmental stores, Residential Houses, Commercial, Buildings, Business Centers,
Private Companies, Individual property & Houses, Industrial Enterprises, Real
Estates, Medical colleges, Hotel, Hospital, Embassy, Hydropower project etc.)
 We have direct contact and access to the latest security related equipment devices
and equipment. It has a provision to provide and furnish all type of alarm system,
latest state of the art pertaining security gadgets, metal, detector, close circuit TV
etc. We are requesting the government for the allotment of VHF frequency and
wireless equipment services to us as per their rules and regulations. Green Field
Security Pvt. Ltd even provides Personal Body Guards (PBG) for the political
leaders, businessmen, foreign dignitaries, diplomats and others.
 We even provide Special Guards Services (SGS) and ‘Bouncers’ for the Casino,
Hotel, and Restaurant and Bar Discotheque etc.
 We carry experience to provide hospitality and Housekeeping Services (HKS) as
well specially for School, Hostels and Hospitals Medical Centers etc.
 One of the special security services, which we are providing (as per the request of
the special customers is the ‘Safely Vault Security Service’ (SVSS). We would be
providing SVSS, which would provide ‘safe keeping of your valuables and
important documents and materials. This would be catered on priority basis with the
customers of Green Field Security Company Pvt. Ltd. to receive the first priority.
 To deliver any other services incidental and conducive to fulfill the objective
aforesaid.
 We provide Armored Transport Services (ATTS) for the transfer of cash and retail
collections, equipment, goods and dignitaries in any part of the districts. This would
entail to provide cash transport services in a professional way by sing specialized
escorts and CIT vans. We have specialist trained to check and clear the environment
and road from any lurking peril inclusive of land mines, concealed explosive etc.
We do have experts with the skills of defusing land mines as well.
 We specially specialized in providing ‘Industrial Security Services’ (ISS), Hospital
Security Service (HSS) and Hotel Security Service (HSS).
 NOMENCLATURE OF SECURITY PERSONEL

Appolo Security Services (P).Ltd. recruits security personnel from the

open Market. It, however, provides top priority to those who had previous
training. We opt for people with Ex-Military and Police background. Thus those
desirous of receiving 'A-Grade' services would be provided with regularized
training service.

WE BELIEVE IN DISCIPLINE AND HIGHEST QUALITY OF SERVICE

We have spent a lot of energy and resources in building 'Specialized Training
Center' (STC) (for details please refer to our enclosed brochure). It largely focuses
upon:
i. Personalized customer service: the security personal retrained to deal with
their customer in disciplined, polite and in gentle manner.
ii. They are trained to present themselves in the given Uniform at all the times.
iii. They will be available at all the time during the service hours.
iv. The security persons are provided with specialized security training to
defend their customers to the fullest extent.
v. Institutions requiring armed guards can also be replenished after having
secured formal permission from the concerned government authorities.
vi. We have geared the STC even to the need of the pre-orientation program for
foreign employment seekers, especially with regard to foreign based security
service (FBSS). The FBSS shall posse additional skill based which would
inclusive of:
a) Language fine-tuning specially English Language (written and spoken
skills shall be provided)
b) Language of the country of destination (basic minimum language skills
shall be provided specially the language of the Host country).
c) Provide rapid exposure training on the mannerism, living life style,
culture and values of the Host country.
d) Basic Hospitality Skill.
e) Security requirement as per customers demand (from the Host
Countries).
f) We maintain 'gender balance' and thus are sensitive towards gender. Thus,
the customers shall make the replenishment on the basic of demand as to
 whether the required security personals would be preferred to be male or
female.

Ltd. Comprises of the highest level of luminaries in the sphere of Security
Services in Nepal. They carry with them extensive knowledge and experiences in

for five years. He has also completed his MBA from UK.

Mr. Niraula is a Director of Appolo Security (P). Ltd. He is a Retired Nepal Police
(Post of D. S. P. ). He has more than 30 years of experience in Security Service
Management and Operational Management of Private Security industry in
overseas. He is Senior Instructor of Security and ERS Training. He is a Program
Director in OPCON, Nepal

According to need of the institution the additional no. of security guards
will be managed with an agreement.

SUPERVISION OR FOLLOW UP:

 Supervision of follow up will be conducted on duty for reliable and
trustworthy service.
  The security guard will be punished if they are not responsible towards their
duties as per the report of the supervision team even without the complaints
of client parties.
 Supervision and follow up team can cross check on duty spot at any time.

UNIFORM AND SECURITY:

 The company will provide the security guards their winter/summer

uniforms. The other necessary equipment during their duties like
weapons; stick (Lathi) etc. will be arranged by the client party.
 The company if required will provide the technical equipment like metal-
detector and computer detector if required should have to be provided by
the first party itself.

TRAININGS:
 Trainings of the company run two types of trainings regarding security.
 The Ex-Army and police will be recruited on their duties after the
refreshment during their contract period.
 Civilians can also be recruited in the service after passing throughout
procedures.
 But as per the agreement with the client party, the person as mentioned
above will be put in their service.

ACCIDENTS:
 The Second Party shall not be provided the compensation if there happens
an accident during services.

SOLUTION OF ARGUMENT:
 If there is an argument regarding the services of the security guard, an
understanding will be carried out by both parties.
ASSISTANCE OF THE SECOND PARTY:
 The copy of certificate of VAT will be submitted.
 The amount will be balanced in the account of the client party if the tender
is approved nominated.
 Organization chart of the company will be submitted.
 The security guards should work for 8 hours.
 The schedule of the duty will be managed to the guards having worked 8
hours a day.
 Any complaint from the client's party will be assistance by carrying out
sending supervision and of found any defects in the security guards, they
can be replaced.
 If any guard will be enabling to perform his duty, the company can arrange
next candidate.

NOTE:
 There shall be a facility of providing martial arts in additional security
charge if the client party requires such guards.
 This company can provide non-weapon full security service by keeping
martial arts.
 There will be a mutual understanding between the client and second party
if the client party requires excellent martial arts for their full security.

DESCRIPTION OF SECURITY SERVICE:

This Appolo Security (P) Ltd. will provide security service under the following
conditions.

Time duration:

 The security contract will be of one year. The contract letter will be specified
with the time duration if required for more than a year. The contract duration
can be renewed under the agreement of the both parties.

 The security service strategy can be changed within the duration of

agreement of contract under the agreement of the both the parties.

 The security personal under service can be changed if the person fails to
attend the security duty in time due to unexpected problems.

 If the security guards specified for different organizations institutions and if

they have been found being not responsible towards their duties, by the
investigating team of this company; by the report of the client parties, they
will be expelled and replaced with another security guard.
