2. Review of sustainability Policy

In this we discuss over the Sydney Opera House policy, it is one of the famous human creative
while numerous shareholder are involved that produce more profit to the customer. This may
support for conducting various public awareness programs in Australian. We trying to make an
effective collaboration of make a proper discussion of main vision of visualization creation of
several things including spectators, performers and visitors. It always annoying to proposals more
strength to the community. Using this plan we easily make an effective achievement of sustainable
event. They make a well-defined actions to the committee to establish over the culture, economic
and social in special communal. The accounts are reports in environmental plans are developed.
An annual establish practices are majorly measured a performance using benchmarks with
standards beside to entire analysis are made on monthly one. Policies are create to resolve
surroundings issues and maintain the services in positive manner.

3. Review of Audience Feedback

The audience feedback is the most substantial thing of all the activities and the process that
are carried out in the sustainability of the Sydney Opera House. There are some sort of trainings
that has been given for the audience of the organization. The audience are the internal and external
staffs of Sydney Opera organization (Learnalberta, 2019). The internal organization staffs who has
to be attend the training sessions are administrator staffs, project team, building maintenance and
the external staffs of the organization who has to attend the training session for the sustainability
are electrical maintenance, accounting, artists in the residence, and so on. Though these staffs
could be audience of the training session and they had been explained about the sustainability
goals, responsibilities and along with their process has been commenced. Though for the audience
feedback, the trainer had conducted the Observation checklist where they are asked for several
questions and then they are to answered and from that the trainer could know about the level of
understanding of the audience about the topic. Some of the questions which had posted are as
follows

2. Does the trainer explains about the sustainability goals of Sydney Opera House?
3. Does the trainer offers the responsibilities of the stakeholders in the organization?
4. Does the trainer gives the specific information about the Environmental sustainability
policies of the Sydney Opera House?

Though these sort of questions could be asked for the audience to get the feedback about the
training session that are conducted.

4. Review the Resource Efficiency

The resource efficiency targets are established by the Sydney Opera for making the
implementation plan to be successful. The main objective of the company is to reduce the usage
of energy where the electricity and the oil is reduced by the given amount. This reduction is given
for per annum. Then the landfill waste in the venues and in the restaurants should be reduced by
embedding the policies effectively and the waste management is introduced. The reduction of
harmful materials and products should be initiated according to the benchmark. The staffs who are
working in the organization should be engaged and inspired using some technologies and for this
some advanced technologies are used which make them to understand easily. The audience and
the consumers should be inspired about the environmental changes and sustainability in their
everyday life. The resource which is provided should also be recorded by the employees in the
monthly basis.

The implementation of the sustainability process in the organization results in success and also
some negative impacts will be occurred. For the success the factors are involved for the best
journey for the organization. The success factors are making commitment to the improvement,
engagement and for the leverage. This will help to overcome the challenges which are occurring
in the sustainability journey. The measurement for the progress is done which will make to improve

the judgment for the upcoming progress. This program will also make to identify the problems in
the improvements. By developing all the improvement the average one is taken for concluding the
success one among all the commitments in the progress. This will more helpful for the making
engaging with the stakeholders and the customers (Günther, 2017). The stakeholder engagement
is considered as the best implementation for the success in the sustainability where the details of
the employees are collected by some of the methods. This is the advantage of the organization
where the identification and analyzation is done. This will be useful for giving the best impact and
results for the company. This engaging with the customers should be done early and should also
be in deep which will make the organization to give the strategy and foundation for keeping the
environmental safe. This also provides benefits in the economic needs for the organization. Every
employees are expected to be in touch with the sustainability policies and procedures and for
monitoring this the engagement should be improved. For making the customer satisfaction and
reducing the costs the sustainability commitment with the leverage should be improved. This is
considered as the best practices for the successful implementation (questforum, 2018).

d. Future Directions for the improvement

The implementation plan for the sustainability policy in the opera company is discussed in before
assessment. The planning gives many advantages of assessing in the organization. Here the
improvement which can be followed for enhancing the organization performance is discussed.
This improvement will make the ability of the company to be maximized and the value of the
partnership will also be increased. In future the audits which is performed should have a strategy
based delivering so that the partnership will be developed from the existing system. The process
done for collaboration should be effective for example if the waste management process is done
then the other helping organization should also be collaborated to make this effective. In future the
sustainability will be focusing on the global challenges in the nutrition and in the climate changes.
Then there will be more enhancing methods in the recycling a compostable with the alternatives.
The plastic items will be recycled and reused by many alternative things. The plastic attacks will
be reduced by the sustainability improvements. If the plastic attack is removed then the pollution
which is existed will be cleaned up. Then the effect because of the climate change and due to
chronic situations will be reduced by reinforcing the resources and global warming. The methane

release and the other depletion like in the groundwater should be removed by the new sustainability
implementation (Forum the future, 2017).

e. Recording of Resource Consumption

In order to record or measure the resources which are consumed by the Sydney Opera
house, the spreadsheets and graphs had been used. There are new trends which are available for
the purpose of measure the resources that are utilized by the activities which are conducted in the
location of the Sydney opera. Though there are lot of activities and the events which are related to
the arts and entertainment has been arranged over the Sydney Opera. Where they could use lot of
energy and the resources and that must be measured with various metrics such that there will be
reduction in the energy consumption (FEHRENBACHER, 2017). The data and the records which
are related to the energy and the resource consumption must be stored at the spreadsheet and the
data can be analyzed with several factors for the purpose of later use. Also it can be measured and
viewed as a graphical representation where these are indulged in the identification and
sustainability of the resources (Runyon, 2019). The reduction of the resources are the most
important thing in the part of managing and maintaining the sustainability of the activities. The
reputation of the Sydney Opera House had been enhanced and manage with the help of the
sustainability of the goals. And all of these the record maintenance is the most substantial thing in
the measure of the resource (Runyon, 2019). The renewable resources can be used widely though
it can be used in the concept of reusability. And by the spreadsheets and automated machines the
resource consumption can be maintained (FEHRENBACHER, 2017).

f. Recommendations
Based on the requirements and the need of the organization for sustaining the resources
and the activities and there are some recommended policies which can be deployed for the
enhancements in the organization. Where the sustainability policies must be deployed over the
organization and the stakeholders must be trained in such a way they are to be use the resources.
There can be make a sustainability policies over the economy of the organization where there can
be continuous change though it could be sustained with the help of several enhancements over the
activities and the resources used. There must be enhancements in the communication activities that
are among the stakeholders and the staffs who are working in the organization. There must be

tracking of the activities that are carried over by the organization and staffs such that there will
attain the sustainability in the industry of arts (MBA Skool, 2019). Then there must be regular
monitoring of the accountability of the expenses and turn over that are attained over the year. The
implementation plans for the process of deploying the organization for their activities and the
events could be made once in a year such that there will not be any kind of errors and issues occur.
Also tracking of the performance of the system and the organizational activities will leads to the
utmost sustainability where every activities and events are fully monitored and measured. Such
that by this way, the sustainability of the Sydney Opera House could be done for their
enhancements and keeping their heritage safe (Chatterji, 2017).
