About company
Established in year 2010 with a goal to actualize the founders’ personal
experience in the development of various control systems for electric
vehicles, Elektromotus eventually found its place in the market as a company
that specializes in development and provision of lithium battery management
solutions for various different applications. Over the years we have gained
a lot of experience and established a strong name in the market, and

Our main product, the Emus BMS, is a state-of-the-art hybrid topology digital
battery management system that has been successfully used in electric vehicle,
maritime, domestic and industrial energy storage, aerospace, and many other
applications. Its unique set of features makes it the most flexible lithium battery
management system in the world:
● Suitable for virtually any capacity, form factor and chemistry lithium cells;
● Monitors cell parameters in real time using a robust, galvanically isolated
digital communication between cell modules and the main controller;
● Can manage up to 8192 cells connected into one-piece or
distributed series, or multiple parallel string configuration; Current Sensor
● Configurable charging process with passive balancing of up
to 5A and sophisticated charging device control that allows
to utilize virtually any charging device;
● Cell undervoltage, overvoltage, overcurrent, cell/cell
module overheat, insulation fault, and other protections with Optional
configurable activation and deactivation thresholds and
delays; Components
● Configurable complementary device (heater, cooling fan,
DC/DC converter, etc) control and indication (battery low,
charging error, SOC, etc.) functions;
● CAN, RS232 and USB interfaces for activity monitoring, configuration
and diagnostics;
● Possibility to monitor activity in real time on a dedicated display unit or any Android
device via bluetooth;
● Multiple inputs and outputs with rempappable functions;
● Measures vehicle speed and calculates approximate
remaining distance;
● Tracks various statistics and logs most recent
