1. CCTV system ITP and check list to be provided for review and approval DOCUMENT / DRAWINGS
2. Installation to be by specialist of CCTV system. REVIEW STAMP
3. The following points shall be considered during the Installation of CCTV system:
· Ensure that there are no other service devices in front of the camera. A Accepted
· Ensure that a cut out provided to fix the camera and no services obstruction above the cutting.
· Ensure that the incoming CAT6A cable is available along with proper containment and cable tag. B Accepted as noted
· Check the cable dressing done inside the rack properly.
· Ensure the CCTV rack is surge protected and properly grounded. Not Approved - Revise/
C
· Ensure the Identification Labels are provided as per approved submittal/samples. Resubmit
