Purchase Conditions:
No admission for infants in arms and children aged below 5 years old.
Anyone under 12 must be accompanied by an adult above 18 years old. One adult can accompany up to 2
children.
Each customer irrespective of age is required to buy a ticket for entry.
Once booked, NO cancellation, exchange or refund is permitted under any circumstances.
You may be refused entry and your voucher will be cancelled if your ticket is purchased from an unauthorized
ticket seller or ticket scalper. The promoters take no liability for fake tickets; do not buy your tickets anywhere
than www.Traveloka.com
Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued, even if you have proof of purchase. Your ticket is your
responsibility.
In case of event cancellation, the organizer reserves the right to withhold any transaction fees from the refund
amount such as payment gateway fees or other bank charges that are not refunded by third parties that perform
such services.

The organizers recommend that ticket holders arrive at the venue well in-advance to ensure smooth entry in-
time for the main event on the day. For your safety and convenience all ticket holders may be subject to body
/bag checks at all entry points into the event arena.
For quick clearance, please travel light and bring only what you need.
Venue re-entry will not be permitted
Customers will be allowed entry into their selected categories only.
The promoters take no liability for fake tickets, or duplicate vouchers if already redeemed and will not honour
such fraudulent behaviour.
NO outside foods and drinks are allowed in the venue 
NO selfie sticks/tripod/lasers/umbrella and other long stick items. Those who pack umbrellas are advised to put
foldable umbrellas in their bag or plastic bags.
Opening the umbrella in the venue are PROHIBITED
NO stools and any chair like items
NO whistle/glow stick and other noise making
NO Poster, banner, slogan, balloon and other supporting items over A3 paper size
Any kind of weapons and illegal drugs are PROHIBITED
Please refrain from throwing anything toward the stage
Smoking is not allowed inside the venue. Please smoke only in designated smoking areas.
Strictly NO Professional/SLR/DSLR/GoPro/Digital Camera/Tablets/Ipads/Video Recorders. 
Strictly NO photography, live broadcasting,video and/or audio recording of any kind is allowed during this
performance. 
If prohibited actions are found, it may be confiscated ( we may not return it ), be asked to leave the venue, and
be unable to re-enter.
The Promoter reserves the right to revise event times, venue layout and audience capacity without prior notice.
Rights of Admission Reserved, the organizers and staff reserve the right to refuse entry and/or expel from the
premises guests who are behaving in a disorderly, offensive, or inappropriate manner and no refunds will be
given.
The organizers do not take any responsibility towards loss and/or damage of any personal belongings,
regardless of fault or reason.
No unauthorized vending allowed within or around the venue.
Ticket Holders attending the Event do so at their own risk, and voluntarily assume all risks and danger
incidental to the Event. Promoter is not responsible, or accepts any liability for any direct or indirect loss,
accident, damage, personal injury, death or health problem (whether arising. directly or indirectly from any
existing medical condition or otherwise), including that of any children under their care, associated with
attending the Event.
