INTRODUCTION
The public library, the local gateway to knowledge , provides a basic condition
for a lifelong learning, independent decision making and cultural development of
the individual and social groups.
Libraries are civic spaces where knowledge is circulated in all media.

AIM
To formulate a design solution or regeneration of a public library such that
it provides basic literacy and social development goals and at the same time
become a center of exploration and innovation for the people of the
community.

OBJECTIVES

SCOPE
