Sociam Equipment Solutions Pvt Ltd and Essvy Constructions Pvt Ltd have entered into an agreement where Sociam will provide its EHTrackR equipment management solution to Essvy for 100 pieces of equipment at Rs. 400 per month per equipment. Terms & Conditions:
➔ The ESSVY needs to pay the cost of device procurements i.e. 0 INR as an advance along with the PO
prior to the installation of the devices.
➔ The ESSVY needs to pay for the 3 months rental fee as an advance i.e. 100 X 400 INR X 3 months=
1,20,000 INR and installation charges prior to the installation of the devices if any.
➔ Travel charges of the device installation agents are additional.

Following add on services are included in the above-mentioned price:


◆ EHTrackr Solution
➔ The ESSVY needs to do the payment at the end of every month. Payment needs to be processed within
10 days from the date of receipt of the invoice generated and shared.
➔ Any changes/additional features that the ESSVY expects from the product could be developed in a span
of 60-90 working days from the date of receipt of confirmation amount for the existing product. No
charge will be levied on the development of the additional features.
➔ Equiphunt will not ask for any additional charges for software, repairs, product customisations etc.
However, any manual damage to the equipment or the devices installed is not under the scope of
Equiphunt.
➔ Installation Procedure for GPS/Fuel sensor device:
◆ The ESSVY is expected to release the PO and advance amount along with the service
document.
◆ Once the advance amount is received, the necessary fuel sensors and devices will be ordered if
any. Meanwhile, the ESSVY is expected to give the list of equipment which the ESSVY would
like to install the devices along with their location and necessary documents.
◆ Once the devices are delivered, the installation team visits the equipment location/s to install the
devices and fuel sensors.
◆ During the installation itself, the installation team also guides the site team on how to track and
manage the equipment data along with the process of data inputs.
◆ In parallel, the HO or the management will also be trained on the different features available
and will be guided on how to use them.
◆ A case agent will be assigned to the ESSVY who will be in touch with the ESSVY at the HO
and also the site team to understand the daily proceedings and any improvements/customization
which the ESSVY expects.

➔ Device Maintenance: Maintenance of the installed devices is purely under Equiphunt’s scope and
would not charge ESSVY. However, any manual damages are to be borne by the ESSVY.
➔ Data input: The site team will be trained and a 100% assistance service while training is provided.
Any tech feedback/queries/inputs are most appreciated and our tech team member will be assigned to
the ESSVY throughout the service.
➔ Data Filing: However, timely data inputs to be followed by the ESSVY site staff and Equiphunt is not
responsible for any delays.
➔ Data Security: All the data is SSL encrypted and can no further be breached or accessed by any third
party without the login credentials issued to the ESSVY.
➔ Devices Security: The security of the devices and fuel sensors is under the scope of the ESSVY and
the Equiphunt is not responsible for any thefts.
➔ Food and accommodation charges for the installation team will be borne by the ESSVY.
➔ Any tech feedback/queries/inputs are most appreciated and our tech team member will be assigned to
the ESSVY throughout the service.

➔ In case the ESSVY wishes to close the service session may have to confirm the same 30 days prior to
the date of exit of services via email confirmation and acknowledgment.

and final closure deal at the date of exit of services.
