• Providing worldwide technical Support which mainly includes working on break fixes,
production down, helping customers to implement, deploy and upgrade their
environments.
• Responsible for troubleshooting session enumeration and launch issues,
Installation/Upgrade failures, Machine Creation Service and Provisioning Services Issues,
SQL Database issues, UPM, Citrix Policy Issues, Hypervisor Issues, etc.
• Analyzing, troubleshooting and fixing complex issues in mixed enterprise environments for
TRM, re-seller, and end customers using Citrix products.
• Implement best practices to integrate Citrix products with Microsoft Windows Server roles
and services for best performance and reliability.
• Debugging using tools like CDF, Receiver Diag, SQL Profiler, Wireshark, etc.
• Working with engineering team to improve the product by reporting bugs and known
issues.
• Develop articles for the Citrix Knowledge Base to help other engineers, partners, and end
customers resolve complex technical situations.
• Configuring & Administration of Active Directory Services (2003 & 2012R2), FSMO, DNS
(Internal/External), DHCP, Group Policy, MS Cluster.
• Working on various issues such as AD Replication, GPO, FTP, IIS, Disk
Management/Defragmentation, RAID, HP/Dell NIC Teaming, Printers, System/Application
logs, ILO, iDRAC.
• Configuring Vmware ESX/ESXi 3.5/5.1/5.5 Servers with Virtual Center Server, Virtual
Machines, Data store, Clones, Snapshot, Template, HA and VMotion.
• Troubleshooting VSS, Backup, Hyper-v, Windows Update, No Boot, Unexpected restart,
High CPU, Memory management, RDS issues, etc.
• Hands on experience on CITRIX Xenapp 6.5 & Citrix Xenapp 7.1 – Configuring Citrix
servers, Adding servers to farm, Configuring Web Interface servers/Data Collectors,
Policies, Publishing applications, Troubleshooting Citrix servers and services.
• Analyze CBS logs, Crash Dump, Adplus dump, Memory dump, Checksur logs, WMI traces,
Procmon logs, Perfmon logs, etc.
• Good experience in providing support on bridge and conference calls troubleshooting Sev
1 Issues.
• Conducting training and preparing study material for internal teams on topics like Memory
management, WMI/DCOM, Printing Architecture and troubleshooting, Remote desktop
services and VDI concept.
• Active participant in various Adhoc/Project activities such as Print migration, Implementing
RDS environment, OS migration etc.
