EXHIBIT A – SCOPE OF MEP WORKS


The SUBCONTRACTOR shall perform the XXX Scope of Work described on the attached
document herein about:

1.1. The scope of the subcontract works includes but not limited to the following, as more
particularly described in the tender Documents:
a. Engineering (to the extent provided for in the MEP Tender Documents), supplying,
installation, testing and commissioning of the MEP Works in accordance with this
MEP Contract Agreement and the MEP Tender Documents and remedying of any
defects and omissions therein.
b. Providing all necessary warranties and guarantees for the MEP Works as set out
in the MEP Tender Documents.

c. Preparing and submission of all necessary samples, shop-drawings, method
statements, calculations, as-built drawings and operation and maintenance
manuals for the MEP Works.

d. Carrying out site measurements of the sizes of items for the MEP Works for the
purpose of preparing the shop-drawings and/or fabrication of such items.
e. Liaising with all the relevant Authority and obtain all the necessary approval for
the MEP Works from such authorities.

f. Protection of the MEP Works which shall include supply and installation of
appropriate protective materials and removal and disposal of the protective
materials off-site.

g. Appointing an independent third party agency to carry out the necessary testing
(excluding testing and commissioning of the HVAC systems and the air and water
balancing works) as prescribed in the MEP Tender Documents and/or required by
the relevant Authority for the MEP Works. Such independent third party agency
must be approved/certified by such Authority to carry out such tests. It is agreed
that the testing and commissioning of the HVAC systems and the air and water
balancing works shall be carried out by the Subcontractor, subject to Engineer's
approval of the testing and commissioning method statements, instruments
calibration certificates, etc. for such testing and commission works.
h. Providing preventive maintenance of the MEP Works, free of cost, for a period of
365 calendar days commencing from the date of substantial completion of the
