RE: LETTER OF INTENT

Greetings!

In line with the continuing expansion of the Save More Supermarket Chains nationwide to reach
the consumers in the countryside, Our company, the owner of a real property in a strategic location
bordering the province of Cagayan, 2nd District and the Province of Apayao, with a consumer based of
__________ population, would like to partner with you in this endeavour of providing quality
merchandise to our consumers in the province of Apayao and Cagayan Valley.

The ___________commercial lot is located in Libertad, Abulug, Cagayan Valley. It is within the
proximity of the municipalities of Pamplona, Sanchez, Claveria and Santa Praxedes on the North and the
municipalities of Ballesteros, Appari West and Allacapan on the ______________. While, situated in the
border of Apayao comprising the municipalities of San Isidro, Luna, San Francisco, Pudtol. Barangay
Libertad, in the Municipality of Abulug, otherwise known as Junction Luna, is the emerging economic
hub in the 2nd district of Cagayan Valley. There is already a Mercury Drug, Java Hotel which is owned by
the Farinas Group, a number of Supermarkets, Colleges and etc.,
