Terms and Conditions:

1. VEHICLE SERVICE COVERAGE

Proposed lease rates include the use of vehicle/s within and outside of Metro Manila.

2. MONTHLY CHAUFFEUR’S FEE

Monthly Chauffeur’s Fee shall be a fixed amount of Nineteen Thousand Five


Hundred Pesos (PHP 19,500.00). This shall be broken down into:

-Six (6)-Day Work Week with a maximum of ten (10) hours service coverage
including a one (1) hour meal break.

3. ADDITIONAL CHAUFFEUR FEES

Chauffeur’s Fee in excess of the above-stipulated work hours shall be:


Regular Overtime (in excess of 10 hours) PHP 132.00 per hour

Sunday / Rest Day Duty PHP 1,090.00 per day

Overtime in excess of 10 hours ( on a Rest Day Duty) PHP 179.00 per hour

Legal Holiday Duty PHP 1,690.00 per day

Overtime in excess of 10 hours ( on a Legal Holiday Duty) PHP 195.00 per hour

Night Differential (between 10:00 PM to 6:00AM) Ten Percent (10%) of the Daily Rate per hour
of rendering Night Duty

Meal Allowance (for call times before 6:00 AM and service ex- PHP 100.00 per Meal
tension beyond 8:00 PM)

4. VEHICLE INSURANCE

All vehicles are covered with Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance and Personal
Accident Insurance per passenger including the driver.

5. VEHICLE MAINTEANANCE

LOGO shall be responsible for the registration, maintenance repair and payment for all
applicable taxes concerning all Leased Vehicles. This includes check-up and normal servicing for every
5,000 km run by such vehicle. LOGO shall bear maintenance costs arising from ordinary wear and tear
of the vehicle. LOGO shall also answer the cost of oil and lubricants amounting to a maximum amount
of Five Thousand Pesos (PHP 5,000.00). Any cost over and above said amount shall be shouldered by
the client. The Client shall allow LOGO’s representatives to visit and spot check the Leased Vehicle
at their premises and/or area of operations.

In all cases where Leased Vehicle require repair, LOGO must be notified for service
within twenty-four (24) hours. LOGO shall incur no liability for failure to supply or reduce or
abate the lease charge correspondingly with reference to the number of days where client failed to noti-
fy LOGO within twenty-four (24) hours from the knowledge of the need of such repair.

6. FUEL AND INCIDENTAL FEES

Each vehicle shall be delivered to the client with full gas tank which shall be returned by
client in the same state at the end of the contract period. Fuel, Parking and Toll Fees
shall be shouldered by the client.

7. RENTAL FEE

One (1) Month Advance Rental and One (1) Month Deposit Fees shall be payable prior
to the commencement of the contract period. One Month Advance Rental Fee shall be
applied on the first month of the contract period whereas One Month Deposit Fee shall
be returned to the client fifteen (15) days after the end of the contract period after all the
necessary charges (if applicable) are deducted. Should there be none, the deposit fee
shall be returned in full.
8. GOVERNMENT TRAFFIC CONTROL MEASURE

The Monthly Lease Fee does not include replacement of the leased vehicle due to
number coding (Metro Manila Area). A corresponding daily rate shall be charged for
requests for vehicle replacement on such days.
