Storefront Glass fronts, especially in the new buildings


Marquee Minimalistic look. ZARA s written in Black, White, Silver or Gold
letters.
Entrances Usually 2-3 entrances.
Display windows Latest trends are on display using mannequins and changes are made
every day. Special attention is given to this aspect
Visibility High visibility as they are always located in prime locations having
high footfall numbers.
Adjoining stores Luxury retaining outlets
Parking Always available.
Accessibility As ZARA is located in prime localities, easy accessibility is ensured.

INTERIOR:

Flooring White or light cream ceramics are used


Lighting Combination of ambient and track lighting. Light have yellow hue.
Odor Not used at all.
Walls They are plain. Designed or textured walls are avoided to ensure
merchandise take the center stage.
Temperature Store interior is always cool and welcoming.
Trial room Trial rooms are located towards the furthest side, away from the
entrance.
Personnel Sales personnel’s are very helpful. They ensure that customers’ needs
are taken care of.
Miscellaneous Only black and wooden color hangers are used.

entrance; as researched says that customers turn right when entering
the shop
