RESPONSIBILITIES

 Interpretation of construction drawing.

 Participated in meetings and discussions with clients, contractors regarding
construction issues.
 To coordinate for the installation of Mechanical static and rotary equipment’s like
vessels, pumps etc.
 Preparation of different types of work permits for the mechanical activities.
 Identify material specification, inspection requirements and organizes for stage
inspection as required.
 To check the Bill of Material as per drawing for ensuring requirements.
 To coordinate for the fabrication of different piping system, installation and hydro
testing (CS, LTCS, SS, IBR Piping)
 Managed the proper erection of pipes and supports in field installations.
 Gasket verification, bolt tightening as per rating, dimension and visual inspection
after tightening of bolts.
 Coordinated with other engineers in the proper storage, preventative maintenance and
cleaning of piping spools before commissioning.
 Supervised the construction, testing and commissioning of the piping systems.
  To assist pre commissioning and commissioning activities of piping systems
completed include flange joint leak test, air flushing, water flushing, nitrogen
purging etc.
 Conduct daily meeting for the progress and concern related to the works.
 Preparation and submittal of as built drawing for any changes made at site.
