Providing the learners with substantial delivery of the lessons and making sure that the
policies, plans, programs and projects will be monitored through setting goals and objectives which
are aligned with the DepEd Mission and Vision.
I can promote quality education and make it accessible to all. I will be fulfilling my service to
the best that I can. I will also provide a conducive environment for ALS which does not compromise
substantial instructional delivery. I have to make sure that I am using the strategic direction of DepEd
as my guide in facilitating learning.
I have to put first in mind and heart the mandate, mission, vision, core values, and the strategic
direction of DepEd to ensure that I am promoting quality education as the department wants me to. I
will also make sure that I will be doing the best that I could in preparing and delivering substantial
lessons. I will also create an environment which is conducive for the students to learn.
By giving some of my spare time to the out of school youths to let them experience as well the
teaching and learning process. Making education accessible to all means that I will be extending my
service to the different kinds of learners.
To discover their full potential that may contribute for the betterment of the society?
They should appreciate first the process of learning and the positive contribution it could bring,
not only in their lives but also in the society. Therefore, teachers shall find a way to access the
learners’ affective area, which can be done by providing them activities that suit their interests and
needs.

of your vision?
I intend to apply a learner-centered philosophy to ensure the attainment of my vision through
equipping them with the 21st century skills that K-12 curriculum is aiming. I also have to let them
realize first what they want in life before I can help them in pursuing what they want.

It has reminded me to make the students the heart of the teaching-learning process. It
has helped me to be motivated in knowing each and everyone of them to know their needs and
wants in life.

better and in promoting a learner-centered environment for them?
This session has helped me clarify my vision and motive to the learner-centered
philosophy. It has taught me to align my instructional delivery to the needs of my learners.

vocation as a teacher? How can your understanding of
DepEd’s Mandate and VMV provide impact to your work as a teacher?
These have helped me realize how vital my function is in building the nation, promoting
quality education, and producing students who well-equipped with lifelong-learning skills. Thus,
it rekindled the passion burning within me in aspiring to become a committed teacher.

I believe that everyone is entitled to have quality education and that we should produce
