physical contact with multiple students. OIE investigated the allegations. Nemy denied engaging in
the alleged conduct, and tried to provide context regarding some of his interactions with students.
OIE found sufficient evidence that the conduct occurred, and determined that such conduct
violated the prohibition of sexual misconduct in HOP 3‐3031.
