Training resources of triwits

• Induction training:

Also known as orientation training given for the new recruits in order to make them familiarize
with the internal environment of an organization. It helps the employees to understand the
procedures, code of conduct, policies existing in that organization.

• Job instruction training:

This training provides an overview about the job and experienced trainers demonstrates the
entire job. Addition training is offered to employees after evaluating their performance if
necessary. Etc

Various types of knowledge can be given to the employees such as

• Organizational complexity:
With modern inventions, technological upgradation, and diversification most of the organizations
have become very complex. This has aggravated the problems of coordination. So, in order to
cope up with the complexities, training has become mandatory.

•Human relations:
Every management has to maintain very good human relations, and this has made training as
one of the basic conditions to deal with human problems.

Competitive advantages:
There is no one answer about what is competitive advantage or one way to measure it, and for
the right reason. Nearly everything can be considered as competitive edge

triwits higher profit margin, greater return on assets, valuable resource such as brand reputation
or unique competence in producing jet engines. Every company must have at least one
advantage to successfully compete in the market.
Well are the products manufactured? Is there a system in place to analyze or track any gaps,
delays, bottlenecks, shortages, or waste?
 Triwits keep cost and margins under the control
 Training the staff
 Be responsive
 Ask for feedback
 Use feedback you receive

The mechanism to gauge customer perspectives or satisfaction:

The major drawback of direct methods is that it turns out to be very costly and requires a lot of
pre compiled preparations to implement. For getting the valuable feedbacks the supplier totally
depends on the customer due to which they looses options and chances to take corrective
measure at correct time. Hence there are other following indirect methods of getting feedback
regarding customer satisfaction.

Customer’s complaints are the issues and problems reported by the customer to supplier with
regards to any specific product or related service. These complaints can be classified under
different segments according to the severity and department. If the complaints under a
particular segment go high in a specific period of time then the performance of the organization
is degrading in that specific area or segment. But if the complaints diminish in a specific period
of time then that means the organization is performing well and customer satisfaction level is
also higher.

Is financial data, such as sales, expenditures, and income used to understand financial
performance? YES

Porter's Five Forces Analysis

Threats of New Entrants

 By innovating new products and services. New products not only brings new customers to the
fold but also give old customer a reason to buy triwits Limited ‘s products.
 By building economies of scale so that it can lower the fixed cost per unit.
 Building capacities and spending money on research and development. New entrants are less
likely to enter a dynamic industry where the established players such as triwits Limited keep
defining the standards regularly. It significantly reduces the window of extraordinary profits for
the new firms thus discourage new players in the industry.

Bargaining Power of Suppliers

 By building efficient supply chain with multiple suppliers.

 By experimenting with product designs using different materials so that if the prices go up of
one raw material then company can shift to another.

Bargaining Power of Buyers

 By building a large base of customers. This will be helpful in two ways. It will reduce the
bargaining power of the buyers plus it will provide an opportunity to the firm to streamline its
sales and production process.
 By rapidly innovating new products. Customers often seek discounts and offerings on
established products so if triwits Limited keep on coming up with new products then it can limit
the bargaining power of buyers.

Threats of Substitute Products or Services

 By being service oriented rather than just product oriented.

 By understanding the core need of the customer rather than what the customer is buying.
 By increasing the switching cost for the customers.

Rivalry among the Existing Competitors

 By building a sustainable differentiation

 By building scale so that it can compete better
 Collaborating with competitors to increase the market size rather than just competing for small
market.

Growth strategy of the organization

Increase Market Penetration

In the professional services world we think of this approach as offering more services to the
same client. It’s a relatively easy, low-risk strategy that doesn’t require introducing anything
new. If you serve a relatively small number of clients, losing just one of them could put your firm
in dire straits. There is also the challenge of getting a client to understand the full range of
services your firm offers. Research we conducted for our book, inside the buyer brain, shows
that most clients are not aware of the full range of services a provider offers. This means that
cross-selling your other services may not be a straightforward task. Many firms watch in dismay
as their clients select other providers to carry out services their own firm could have handled
with ease. Clients have a tendency to place their service providers in narrow mental buckets. So
while there’s plenty of room for services providers to increase business and revenue from their
existing client bases, they have to figure out how to educate their clients about their full range of
capabilities.

Develop New Markets

Triwits this strategy involves offering existing services to a new market this leads to roll out their
services to any and every type of client. After all, more potential buyers means more sales .

Develop Alternative Distribution Channels

Develop New Service.
