Work immersion Reflection

The acquired skills of the senior high school students gained after adding two years

through the k-12 curriculum through work immersion help a lot. In order for the senior

high school students to complete and graduate there is a given task, be an intern to

the real workplace of the students chosen course to take before going to college. It

develops the learners life and careen skills and prepare to make decisions. It will

enable students to become familiar to the workplace and apply areas of

specialization through hands-on experience. Schools and organizations needs

agreement for the students safety because some are still minors and this requires

parental consent the need to ensure the safety of the learners. Students should also

gain skills that will enable them to qualify for other job options.

We aim to gain the skills that we need to work in an industry, this is what really sold

me to get experience. I was able to go to work for 80 hours get real hands-on

knowledge of application, development, and corporate culture as well as earn credit

towards my major this work immersion is really a big help that I was able to be sure

of what course I would want to take in college because honestly I was really

confused back then nursing, med tech or rad tech. The best part was they treated

me like a full time employee.
