Streit WM - (LL01) Warehouse Activity Monitor - Overview of All Critical Objects

The warehouse activity monitor provides an overview of critical warehouse processes and objects. It displays dates of when processes were last updated and lists items pending completion, such as open transfer requirements or negative stock levels. Double clicking an item generates a list of specific transactions and materials requiring action. The monitor helps automatically detect errors, support analysis of error causes, and guide error correction for improved warehouse management.

Warehouse Activity Monitor: Overview of All Critical Objects

Transaction: LL01

Select all options and run.

It will list all the critical processes pending/waiting for the day-to-day warehouse activities:

The dates against each process on the right suggests when was the process list refreshed/updated last.
For example, I had refreshed the “Open transfer requirements” list today (06/01/2020), hence the
current date there.

To update the list, click on each entry and select Edit  Determine data again.

Click yes.

I updated the Negative stocks list:

79 means there are entries for which IM stocks is updated but WM stocks is not, or vice versa (there
exists difference between IM and WM stocks in 79 bins/storage areas). 151 Open transfer requirements
mean WM transaction is pending for so many IM transactions.

Double click any of the entries and the list of TRs/materials for which process is not completed will be
generated:

User can process the pending entries based on these lists.

Usage:

The warehouse activity monitor provides,

 Automatic monitoring of warehouse processes

 Automatic recognition and display of errors in the warehouse
 Support in the analysis of processes in which errors have occurred
 Support to error correction

The warehouse monitor is useful for several reasons,

 Not all warehousing processes are carried out in the system without errors.
 Errors are often not recognized until sometime after they have occurred.
 The search for the cause of an error and correcting it can be time consuming.

Conclusion:

In Warehouse Management, the warehouse activity monitor displays objects with critical processes. For
each of the monitoring functions, the warehouse activity monitor offers additional functions that help
you to analyze and correct errors. The additional functions that are available depend on the object
concerned.

The individual objects that you can control in this manner include the following:

 Unconfirmed Transfer Orders

 Open Transfer Requirements
 Open Posting Change Notices
 Open Deliveries
 Stock in Interim Storage Areas
 Negative Stock
Inconsistencies in Stock Figures for Production Supply
