SET1: Five friends Arun, Bablu, Chirag, Daman and Ektha played a game of darts. The dart
board used and the scores associated with each
region is as shown:

The friends first play the game for five rounds and the top two players played two more
rounds to decide the winner. The seventh round will only be played only if the player who is
second after 6th round has a chance to win in the seventh round. Score of all seven round is
taken to decide the winner. It is known that no two player got the same scor

SET2: Eight chess players namely- Carlson, Caruana, Wesley, Kramnik, Lagrave, Anand,
Levon, and Nakamura are competing in a
tournament. In the first round two groups are formed, each containing four players. Each
player plays exactly two matches with every team from his/her group. The first and second
from each group then progresses to semi finals. It is known that Carlson, Kramnik, Anand
and Wesley reach the semi finals.
(i) It is known that each player in a group won different number of matches, no match
resulted in a tie.
(ii) Levon won at least one match from each of his opponents except one.
(iii) Lagrave won the same number of matches as Anand.
(iv) Carlson lost both his matches against Wesley.
(v) Caruana lost both of his matches against all the opponents from his group, except levon.

Read the following information carefully and answer the questions which follow.
Eight teams A, B, C , D ,E, F, G and H participated in the Indian soccer league which was
held in New Delhi. In the first round of the tournament, these teams are divided into 2
groups of 4 teams each. In each group, every team plays against every other team of
their group exactly twice. At the end of the first round the top two teams from each
group, qualify for the semi-finals. (Ranking is based on the number of wins registered by
teams) It is known that B, F, G and H reached the semi-finals-

Set 6: The following table gives the National Football League (NFL) 2008 standings as on
April 30,2008. In the format of NFL, each of the 12 participating teams plays twice with
every other team. The League matches were to conclude by May 31,2008. The rank of the
team in the league is decided by the points scored by the team — the higher the points, the
better the rank. If two teams are tied at the same points, then the team with the higher goal
difference (goals scored – goals conceded) gets the better rank. If they are still tied, the
team with the higher number of goals scored gets a better rank. Three points are awarded
