A very good morning to all the students, parents and all the respected dignitaries here.

I, Mishal

Fatima, Lecturer at Dept of Clinical Psychology, found immerse pleasure to welcome you all to

the orientation day program by Department of Clinical Psychology, Shifa Tameer e Millat

University. This is a much awaited event in every student’s life as it gives the returns to the

efforts put in by them.

I welcome you all to the most esteemed institute, which is among the top universities of Pakistan

and intending to improve the quality of higher education in Pakistan through innovation,

dynamism and persistence in its quality of giving education.

We will start the orientation ceremony with the recitation of Holy Quran.

Lo! We have given thee Abundance; So pray unto thy Lord, and sacrifice. Lo! it is thy

insulter (and not thou) who is without posterity.

Now I would like to call upon our worthy Director of dept. of clinical psychology, a well-known

and chartered clinical psychologist Prof. Dr. I. N. Hassan

Thank you ma’am for your kind remarks

Next i would like to call upon our Prof. Dr. Muahmmad Aamir, he is serving as dean faculty of

health sciences and leading this multidisciplinary fields beautifully. He is an inspiration and

visionary person. Sir if you can come on the stage.

Now, it’s my privilege to welcome the Vice chancellor of this university, Prof. Dr.

Muhammad Iqbal, a visionary with rich experience in the field of academics, a renowned

physician and who played a prominent role in development of educational institutions on to the

dais. I welcome you sir on the stage to give your valuable comments.

Thank you sir for giving your remarks and being here from your busy schedule.

I would request all parents and students to proceed to the main hall for refreshment.
