EQ Cheat Sheet

The document provides recommendations for equalizer settings to boost or cut different frequency ranges for various instruments and vocals to improve their sound quality. It suggests boosting low and low-mid frequencies to add body and fullness to instruments like kick drum, snare, toms and bass, while cutting muddy low frequencies. Higher frequencies are recommended to boost for air, presence and attack, while cutting may reduce harshness, boxiness or other unwanted sounds.
