MBTI SELF REFLECTION

Siti Ayu Rachmi Latifah – AIU19091005

Recognizing the nature that is within and making it a goal to achieve success and achieve what I
want both in terms of feelings and in terms of physical, also be the best version of my selves is not easy,
even for some people this is quite difficult. Self-awareness means digging deep into your own emotions
and inner thoughts, and searching to understand what is going on underneath the outer appearance.
For me having self-awareness is very important, because if I lack self-awareness, I think I will easily hurt
other people. I do MBTI 16 Personalities test and after taking MBTI test, my results were Extrovert (E)
iNtuitive (N) Feeling (F) Perception (P) ENFP.

Extroversion is something people have been using to describe me since I was a little kid. I
believe this trait could have been passed down from my parents since they are both extremely
extroverted people. I am constantly looking for new ways to meet people. I feel comfortable talking to
and meet new people. I am also a person who loves to connect with the world of sociality, I love
interacting with many people and doing activities that are beneficial for many people, take a part it an
event and get relation with new people. And I like being in a social movement community. I always like
knowing new things and being able to accept other people's opinions. I tend to Avoid interpersonal
conflict by keeping the peace, because I don’t want to hurt someone just because of our different
arguments or opinions.

I prefer to exercise my imaginations as I seek new ideas and possibilities. And my lives are ones
of questioning, wondering, and connecting the dots in the bigger picture. I often ask “what if” and
ponder the possibilities the future might hold. Those are shaped by intuitive quality as ENFP person.

As a person who is deeply connected with their own feelings and emotions, I must be able to
understand my self and be self-aware. I spend a lot of time inside my own minds and also spend a lot of
my time inside of their rich inner thoughts, and enjoy being able to analyze and understand these
thoughts and feelings better. And because I am deeply connected with my own feeling, I believe that
everyone needs time to recognize and express their feeling.

Introvert feeling. For me I always feel a bit difficult to share my problems with other peoples, I
just wanna keep it and just wanna cry. Some people can feel my problem inside but some others might
not see that. And I am very emotional and sensitive, and if I hurt other people's feelings sometimes, I
can feel it. And if there is someone who awkward with me sometimes, I can feel it too, and I will beg
pardon to her/him even it is not because of my mistakes.

As ENFP Person, I get stress easily. When I am under stress or when I feel stressful, because a lot
of assignment or what else, I become have more sensitive feeling. If I have a lot of assignment while I am
stressful, I do ignore the all of my task, the all of my routinely. Of course, it is bad for me.

I dislike routine work and want a variety of tasks and challenges. I prefer to set their own
schedule and chafe when saddled with excessive regulations or mundane details. and I seek out fun,
new tasks that allow me to be imaginative and relate to other people in an unstructured, supportive
way. I think the ideal work for me is relaxed and friendly, with few restrictions on creativity. The ideal
job for me allows them to follow my inspiration, satisfy my curiosity, and develop solutions that benefit
people in innovative and original ways.
Then I have a dream that I wanna reach in the future. I would like to be a psychologist, a
photographer, or an architect, based on my MBTI 16 personalities result, that I have an opportunity for
being it all.

This MBTI 16 Personalities Test is very beneficial for us, we can know more about ourselves,
solve our problem easily and also knowing our passion.
