Backend Developer

We are looking for a Backend Developer as part of the core and R&D backend tech team

TADA (​www.usetada.com​) is a ​data-driven Customer Retention Platform (CRP), established in


2012 and present in 5 countries. We aim t​o help businesses move from transactions to
relationships, from customers to advocates.

In this role you will be responsible to:


● Develop and support Node.js micro service modules and shared libraries to support core
business functions
● Interface with third party APIs
● Take accountability on the written and reviewed code, write reusable and sustainable
code and practice test-driven development and defensive programming
● Build on each other by analyzing and reviewing team’s code and provide constructive
feedback for continuous environment
● Proactively ask for assistance when hindered by roadblocks or other challenges,
teamwork mindset always

This role requires:


● Positive, can-do attitude with the drive to continuously learn and improve
● Intermediate skill in Nodejs, Vuejs, Angular and REST API integrations
● Knowledgeable in application development, specifically developing robust and
maintainable Nodejs or Vuejs apps
● Strong computer science fundamentals in object-oriented design, algorithms and data
structures, as well as process-oriented problem solving skills
● A strong drive to make things happen, detail-oriented and self-motivated
● Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
