Sepaktakraw Training Program 2019

The Cebu City Sports Commission will host a Sepak Takraw summer training program from April 10 to May 10, 2019. The program consists of 5 weeks of training, focusing on warm-ups, basic skills, advanced skills, drills, and mock games. The training will culminate with a competition on May 10 between participants from different training venues.
