BETTERMENT BUILDERS SDN BHD (BBSB) was incorporated on 14th
February 2017.
The Company’s principal activities are building and construction works,
building repair and maintenance services and property development.
The strength of the company is referral business from satisfied clients,
delivering end-products ahead of schedule, a team of committed and
pro-active workforce.
We are working closely with a few renowned architectural firms which
specialize in designing residential and commercial buildings, factories,
laboratories, convention halls, luxury resort clubhouses as well as leisure
and recreational projects.

 Manage the entire construction project from inception to completion
 Specialize in marble, granite and high grade timber installations and

Founder & Managing Director

Wong Poh Meng, a Malaysian, is the Founder & Managing Director of Betterment
Builders Sdn Bhd. He was appointed to the Board on 14th February 2017. He
started his career doing carpentry and detailing works in 1982 and after years of
mastering the techniques, he started a business specializing in kitchen cabinets
in 1989. From 1991 to 2003, he secured many jobs doing cosmetic counters,
setting up exhibition booths for local and international events and retail shops
renovation and fit-outs in most major shopping malls in Malaysia.

He has more than 35 years of experience in the renovation, building and


construction industry of which the last 6 years specializing in building bungalows
and factories with YCM Construction Sdn Bhd.

He currently spearheads the Company’s business direction and overall strategies


and policies.

Cheong Yong Wui, 49


Director

Cheong Yong Wui, a Malaysian, is a Director of Betterment Builders Sdn Bhd. He


was appointed to the Board on 14th February 2017. He was awarded his Executive
MBA in International Marketing from Berne University in 2005. He currently
advises the Managing Director on sales & marketing strategies and operations.

He has 25 years of experience in the sales & marketing of which the last 13 years
are within the property industry with Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad.
