a. the status of actions from previous management reviews


b. changes in external and internal issues that are relevant to the IMS including;
1) changes in the organization and its context;
2) the needs and expectations of interested parties, including compliance obligations
3) significant environmental aspects
4) legal requirements and other requirements;
c. the extent to which the management system policy and objectives have been met;
d. information on the performance and effectiveness of the IMS, including trends in:
1) result(s) of system updating activities
2) customer satisfaction;
3) relevant info received through internal & external communications received from
interested parties including requests and complaints;
4) process performance and conformity of products and services;
5) the performance of external providers;
6) incidents, nonconformities and corrective actions;
7) monitoring and measurement results;
8) analysis of the results of verification activities related to PRPs and the hazard control plan
9) any food safety emergency situation, incident or withdrawal/recall that occurred;
10) audit results;
11) inspections (e.g. regulatory, customer);
12) fulfilment/results of compliance obligations and other requirements which are relevent to
the environmental & OHS performance;
e. consultation and participation of workers;
f. the changes and the effectiveness of actions taken to address risks and opportunities
g. adequacy of resources for maintaining an effective IMS;
h. opportunities for improvement including continual improvement;

Review Outputs
The outputs of the management review shall include decisions related to:
— the continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the IMS in achieving its intended
outcomes;
— decisions and actions related to continual improvement opportunities;
— decisions related to any need for changes to the IMS;
— resources needed;
— actions, if needed, when system objectives have not been achieved;
— opportunities to improve integration of the environmental and OHS management practices
with other business processes, if needed;
— any implications for the strategic direction of the organization.
