I am writing this letter to request for a leave of absence from enrolling this Summer Term School Year
2017-2018.

My academic requirements are already completed and I am now on my special project stage. Part of
this is to develop the prototype of my proposed project. This stage requires lot of time in construction
of the machinery and most especially in project testing. The six-week summer term is not enough to
complete the project.

With this, I am requesting for the revision of my study plan. It is my intent to enroll Industry Immersion
2 this first semester of School Year 2018-2019.
