Customising your garments by adding your company logo or branding is a cost
effective way of ensuring that your uniform is unique to your organisation. In
addition, branding your uniform ensures recognition and helps instil pride in
your company by staff and feel part of the team.

There are a number of excellent ways to apply branding detailed below. Arrow
Uniforms team of in house branding experts can help you decide on the best
solution for branding your uniform. Once you’ve decided on the application,
we’ll provide you with a computer generated mock up before you proceed with
your order.

Supplying your logo

Supplying a high quality logo is the first step in branding your garments.
A vector art file in PDF, Illustrator (.ai) or .eps format is the best, otherwise we
can use a high resolution .jpeg or .tiff file. Your printer or sign writer are good
sources to get your logo from.

Embroidery is the most popular way of applying

a company’s logo or brand to a uniform.
Fantastic clarity of registration and with hundreds of colour options, embroidery
is able to reflect accurately your company colours and project a quality image.
The cost of embroidery is determined on the stitch count or size of the
application rather than the amount of colours. Arrow use durable polyester
thread to prevent fading and ensure our embroidered logos are the longest
lasting. With a one off set up fee when the logo is first created, embroidery is
ideal for smaller orders and frequent re orders of garments.

Screen Printing is a low cost and sharp way of

adding branding to garments.
With minimum runs and set up fees, screen printing is most cost effective
when applied in larger quanities. Cost is usually based on a per colour rate
and the size of the design is sometimes more economic as a print than an
embroidered logo.

Heat Set & Vinyl Transfers

Heat Transfer logos are a low cost way of

applying logo’s that contain small detailed
wording or motifs.
Applied as the name suggests with heat, the transfers are very durable, making
them suitable for the most hard working uniform situations. Suitable for Flat
weave fabrics only Heat Transfers are low cost and like woven labels can be pre
purchased in bulk to save on set up costs.
