 Backup your data is one of the most important task in data management, because
chance of losing data or having a hard drive failure is high. So remember to use the 3-2-1
backup rule:

✓ 2 different formats- Hard drive tape backup and flash drive
✓ 1 Off site back up- 2 physical backup and one in the cloud
