TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION:

1. Agreement Clause.
All successful candidates shall be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Amity.
2. Admission.
a.Your admission shall be provisional subject to the following conditions:
i.Submission of full documentary evidence in original of your possessing minimum educational qualifications, i.e. having completed 12 years of formal schooling or Graduation from a
recognized Indian University.
ii.In case of a foreign university degree, written confirmation from Association of Indian Universities(AIU) for Equivalence of Degree will be required.
iii.In case you have appeared in the qualifying examination, but the result is not yet declared, submission of full proof of documentary evidence in original of your possessing minimum
educational qualification, before the commencement of the session.
iv.Presentation of originals of all mark sheets/certificates along with their self-attested photocopies in support of your date of birth, educational / other qualifications and Enrolment
Confirmation Form signed by you and your parent / guardian on the day of reporting for the program.
v.Submission of Enrolment Confirmation Form duly signed by you and your parent / guardian.
vi.Submission of photocopy of your Selection Letter from Amity University Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior at the time of admission
vii.The details regarding your reporting and registration at the AU MP, Gwalior would be communicated to you separately.
viii.Scholarship allotted is provisional and will be confirmed upon producing the original marksheet for verification.
ix.University reserves the right to terminate the batch of a particular course prior to commencement of the course if the number of admission is less than 5.
3. Payment of Fee.
a.The academic fee, security deposit, and processing fee is to be remitted by way of a Pay Order / Demand Draft in favor of “Amity University Madhya Pradesh” drawn on any bank in
Gwalior.
b.Hostel fee and security is to be remitted by way of a Pay Order / Demand Draft in favor of “Amity Hostel Fee” drawn on any bank in Gwalior.
c.Payment of first fee installment (including hostel fee and security deposit in a separate draft) latest by Saturday, August 3, 2019, as per the details given above.
4. Cancellation of Admission.
a.Amity reserves its right to cancel the admission of successful candidate under any of the following circumstances:
i.If due to any reason, you do not join or withdraw or do not produce proof of minimum educational qualification by the prescribed date, or any discrepancy is found between academic
details furnished in the application form and the original documents submitted by you, your admission will liable to be cancelled and the fee deposited will be forfeited except the Security
Deposit.
ii.If the fees is not deposited by the stipulated date.
iii.If the candidate does not join the particular programme by the stipulated date even though the fee has been deposited.
iv.If the candidate fails to furnish the proof of the stipulated minimum qualifications.
5. Degree.
The Award of Degree shall be as per prevailing law/regulations.
6. Jurisdiction.
Any dispute pertaining to admission, or any matter as a student or alumnus of Amity shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of the Gwalior Court only.
7. Limitation Clause.
No dispute shall be raised after expiry of 30 days from the date on which the process of admission and/ or selection is completed.
8. Refund Policy
i. Partial fee once paid is not refundable.
ii. However, a full 1st Semester/ Annual/Program fee paid by the candidate is refundable as per the UGC Guidelines, provided the admission cancellation process is complete as per
following criteria.
a. The fee amount has been deposited in full and the admission cancellation application is duly signed by the applicant and parent/guardian; and is submitted to the university before
starting of the orientation day/classes.
b. The admission cancellation application has been duly signed by the HOI/HOD, Admission Director and Hon’ble Vice Chancellor.
c. The refund of fee will be according to UGC guidelines.
d. If after the admission withdrawal of the applicant, no admission takes place in the same programme and a vacancy is left unfilled, so the fee will not be refunded. However, if the seat
gets filled and a fresh admission takes place then the refund will be initiated as per the prevailing withdrawal period date of the applicant.
e. Security Deposit will be refundable only after making necessary adjustments by accounts department as per policy.
f. Provision of Non-Refund of Fees under Clause (vi) will also apply in cases under Clauses 4(b) and 4(c).
9. Right of Alteration / Modification.
i. Management reserves its right to alter or modify the structure of any of the programmes to attain the objective of excellence.
ii. Amity reserves its right to change the Fee Structure.
iii. Amity reserves its right to modify, alter and / or include any other Terms and Conditions that may be deemed fit in the interest of the Institution.
