Update and Custom (This firmware applies to Gen kit)
1. Please check the hardware version from the device's system Settings, then select the firmware
version that needs to be updated and customized.
2. Run the installer file and install the firmware
* Do not change the default installation folder, otherwise the installation may fail
3. Run the firmware and connect the device to the computer with a USB cable.
Keep the battery inside during the entire connection.
After connection is successfully built, the firmware version will be shown directly in Device
Information.

* After connecting, select ROM Update, then click Choose to download the latest firmware on our
website for updating.
4. Click Download to upgrade the firmware and Upgrade Success will be shown in Event under
the Log information bar.
* After upgrade, the device will be off for one second and reboot automatically. Do not unplug
the USB cable during the entire process until the device is connected again. Then you can check
the firmware version.

Common problems:
Why I can not connect my device to pc?
1. Please make sure your device is turned off and battery out. And you keep holding fire button
before insert the cable.
2. Try use a new cable to make sure this was not caused by a faulty cable.
Why I can not update firmware?
1. Please make sure the firmware version you chose is the correct one matches your device.
