Appendix 1: Presentation plan template

PREPARE AND DELIVER THE PITCH/PRESENTATION

How would you summarise your creative in a sharp and snappy message?
Give your presentation a catchy title!
Think of an appealing tagline or advertising-type message that communicates your approach to the topic.
To summarise the reason in a sharp and snappy message could be like a slogan, it will
be like this:
o Start making a good dicision in your work, it will make all the difference.
o Get a Clari robot, to get better ways in your work.
o Get smart business with Clari robot.

Clari Robot should be advertised within different channels. Since, primary and
secondary are business, an effective way to deliver the message is thought demonstration which
would be better done in Exposition. However, to place an Ad I would recommend using YouTube
or Facebook page. It creates are environment for fast response from customers and allows
interaction through comments and messages.

How will you target your method of communication to your audience?


Describe what you know about the audience.
Who are they?
What is their demographic, psychographic and geographic profiles?

The audience: Who interested or are going to interested in robot technology work on
the important things in large and medium sized businesses also includes Entrepreneur,
Business man, CEO’s, Transnationals and investors.

Primary Audience: Demographically most likely be business owners that are forward
thinking in a variety of industries including services industries. The companies would need to
have earning in excess of $ 2.5 per annum and have at least 5o+ employees.

Secondary Audience: Small to medium business owners who may considering


investing in a Clari for a number of reasons including “the tourist” aspect which showing off
Clari to customers. They may also purchase a Clari to streamline business process. This kind
of business would have earning in excess of $K500 P.A. They would also be classified as
early adopters of technology, frequent users of the internet of me and advanced tech
applications. This would be a giant step for them but they would also fell like “they were part
of the techno future”.

How might you explain or discuss your desired outcome for your pitch/presentation with them?

 Frist of think, bring the product so they can get familiarize with it. Have to
strong pith and use of plot.
 Telling stories and illustrate our point, set up a demonstration that audience
member can participate. Likely motivational quotes and contents.
 Adding or showing Clari videos also strong communications and product
descriptions.
 Asking questions during the presentation, what is the real situations and get
audience opinion.
 Using humour.
 Sharing someone’s testimony.
 Providing examples.

What kinds of skills and attributes of your audience could you use to encourage participation and
discussion?
List enabling skills and attributes of people in your audience that you could use to your advantage in your
presentation and group discussion.
How could you use one or more of these skills of particular audience members, or your facilitator to help to
present an effective case?
To engage the audiences, we can do the following -
• Describing a scene or a character

• Sharing personal experiences
• Relating the topic with the current issues
• Showing a visual image

What resources/equipment will you need for your pitch/presentation?


Describe what resources or content you will need to build your pitch/presentation. This could include text,
graphics, photographs, video, apps, etc.
Do you plan to use presentation software, props, handouts, music, to support your case?
What resources or equipment will you need to organise prior to making the presentation?

Pitch leader
The most important role on any pitch team is the pitch leader. They chair key meetings, hold
the relationship with the key clients and have ultimate responsibility for the delivery of the
pitch.

Team members
 Always be to search your agency for anyone who has experience working with the client you
are pitching to or with similar clients in their market sector.
 Make sure your team is representative of your agency. Having a diverse team demonstrates
that your agency is forward thinking and appreciative of the fact that creativity and brilliant
teams consist of the coming together of different cultures, backgrounds and experience.

Are there particular messages or methods of communication that are more engaging?
What are the principles of effective communication?
Is there any ‘theatre’ involved?

- Customers must see the appearance and potential of the product. During the product
presentation, we will give our products to distribute the presentation documents. By
allowing Clari to work while we are presenting, in order to emphasize how much this
product should be worth the investment.
- Documents distributed to customers during listening to the presentation must have
complete information but not too much the message, must be easy to read and clear to the
point.

What will help support customers to understand the main purpose of this product presentation? Is
to tell from the actual experience of customers who have the opportunity to use the product and
Clari's colleagues may be video or invite them to join the presentation than that is being one of
the new world leaders.
In the presentation will be approached the main reasons that the lead companies to use robot
working. We will also address the importance and helpful technology of Clari robot.

Outline your plan for the presentation.


Use bullet points to outline the main messages and order of your presentation.
Include time for discussion or group interaction.
List the possible risks involved in the communication of your pitch/presentation.
Describe the nature and role of risk taking in the presentation and debate of ideas
List the regulatory and organisational obligations and requirements relevant to presentations

IMPLEMENT TECHNIQUES TO REVIEW THE EFFECTIVENESS OF YOUR PRESENTATION

Prepare for Q&A session


How will you encourage your audience to be involved in a question and answer (Q&A) session?
Explain different ways in which individuals receive and respond to ideas and information, and what influences their
response.
Describe common techniques to tailor comments to your particular audience?
Will you prepare some possible questions in advance?
Outline a couple of questions you anticipate and how you would answer them.
Will you let your audience that there will be a short Q & A session after the pitch/presentation?
Will you give them some kind of point of reference around how the session will work?

 Accepting customer feedback and try to fix.


 For customers to participate in this presentation for example, allowing customers to ask
questions and answer session.
Debate and discuss ideas using critical analysis
The Q & A session may lead to a debate or discussion.
How would you present and argue substantiated positions on your ideas?

 Remember to present your thesis statement or main idea clearly, and remember it should
present your argument.
 Use images relevant to your points as evidence. Images are powerful and are important
pieces of an effective presentation.

This should involve: The delivery of information using verbal communication then using non-
verbal communication, such as hand gestures and facial expressions, listening to the thoughts

opinions of participants, observing participants to interpret their reactions.

 Deciding how presentation style or content can be improved.
 Making necessary changes.
