I hope you are fine. I have bought a treadmill from your company two weeks
ago, this machine provides the features of pulse rate, time and distance
covered by the individual. Since the first day, it is not providing the exact
distance covered by an individual on its screen. I went through the user
manual but no useful information in this regard is provided to the users. I had
also made a phone call to customer care services but I got nothing instead of
few useless instructions. Therefore, it is requested that the problem may be
solved on urgent basis and warranty may be claimed for the said issue as
deemed appropriate.
Sincerely,
Jack D. Wilson.

I am writing this letter to you in order to inform you that I would like to cancel
my postpaid plan with your company. Since your company was famous for your
cheap calling rates, I had taken the postpaid plan and found it satisfactory. The
reason for my cancellation now is the calling rates that have suddenly
increased. I think I cannot afford such high bills on monthly basis. Kindly
cancel my plan. A suggestion, however, that I would like to make is; kindly
think of providing some low rate calling hours to your customers so that more
people can avail the opportunity. I will also think to resume my plan if such
packages are introduced. For now please cancel my plan. Thank you for your
services!
Sincerely,
