Introduction

Due to the Globalization world market place is changing very drastic way. Present scenario
everywhere each and every company has own strategy and policies to with unique plan, cut
throat competion. Employee are rising day by day, so it is very crucial to change the mindset of
the workforce. Today’s era world is respect to intellectual, talent, and measuring the brain.
Today company’s growth is more live in extremely turbulent times, with a high degree of
unpredictability and constant surprise, and an ever accelerating rate of technological and
environmental change. In earlier 90’s decade world known the value of the Human’s plus point,
positive features, skill and talent for the organizational success consistency.

It is very true statement by the famous “War for Talent” has gone global, and according to the
“Funky Business” Talent Makes Capital Dance, “The war for talent is over and talent won.” It is
intermitted idea. The ongoing globalization of the world economy is fundamentally changing
how businesses must define and execute talent strategies. Even the new world in 21st century
organization are in new phase of the development where talent and intellectual are become
major asset of the people. Talent is the main asset in cut throat competition to servive in the
globalization market era.

TALENT MANAGEMENT: According to the many scholar given own definition of the “TALENT
MANAGEMENT”. According to “Terry Hogan” Glogal talent management whose function is to
attract, develop, rewards, and retain an organization’s human capital is now more than ever , a
critical role. Hogan argues that to harness the organizational opportunities that come from
globalization means viewing the assignment cycle for what it is: an expensive but highly
effective way to develop global talent.

In the universely sense “Talent” is define as the “a purpose and ongoing process in which
identified the capability, skills, assesses, develop brain and also talentent person have power
over the own specific area(core competence). Talent has given the the direction to those people
who having familiar with knowledge, skills, and highly prospective. Which can successfully
bring about the transforming and change in the organization development. Even talent is refer
to develop and retain to meet and present and future business need objectives. So therefore it
become very compulsory that it attracts, develops, and retain such talent.

In earlier discuss about the talent and many business leader (corporate guru) have stated that
“people are the most valuable asset”. Even in recruiting criteria many corporate sector are very
focus on the hiring the right people with right skills in the right position at the right time. . It
refers to those special steps adopted to recruit, develop, and retain it pool of top talent. It also
denotes a deliberate approach taken up to attract, develop and retain people with the aptitude
and abilities to meet not only the current requirements but also future organizational needs.
