Excerpt from the Minutes of the 3rd Regular Session of the Sangguniang Barangay of Tingub held at the
Tingub, Barangay Hall on February 04,2020 at 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Tingub, Mandaue City of the Republic of the Philippines, referred to as
“Sangguniang Barangay of Tingub”, is the basic political unit which serves as the primary planning and
implementing unit of government policies, plans, programs, projects, and activities in the community, and as a
forum wherein collective views of people maybe expressed, crystallized and considered, and where disputes
may be amicably settled.
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Tingub has created T-link in which its main objective is to connect
the barangay, people, and stakeholders in one goal in order to gain deeper support system to take collective
action and generate solutions to common problems.
WHEREAS, the T-link can be customized to the companies to take into consideration the needs of the
barangay and be involved for it is part of their Community Social Responsibility (CSR) for the barangay.
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Tingub believes that for the effective delivery of services to the
community, there is a need of support and partners that will help the barangay aide problems and provide
solutions.
WHEREAS, the T-Link will start to provide and support the Barangay Tingub, Mandaue City effective upon
signing this Partnership Memorandum of Agreement.
WHEREAS, this partnership is vital for the progress of the Barangay Tingub, Mandaue City and to strengthen
the relationship between the barangay and the companies.
