So, verbal communications is sharing things
by means of words, whether it is spoken or
written. There are two types of verbal cues
such as oral and written. Next one is, non
verbal communication it involves any type of
interactions that makes use of the written
word. Types of non verbal cues such as:
facial expressions, eye contact ,body
movements and posture, gestures, haptics,
proximics and voice.
