TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. ALL ACCESS will not consider reservation without conformity.


2. Fifty percent (50%) Down payment One week before the event. Balance day itself.
3. Client shall provide food, drinks and accommodation (if applicable) for our staff & crews.
4. Client will notify ALL ACCESS of any cancellation within 24 hours before the actual set up. If not
client shall pay cancellation fee of the full package cost. Down payment will be forfeited.
5. Anything not stated nor covered by the cost estimate will subject to separate billing.
6. Check payable to ALL ACCESS AUDIO AND LIGHTS SPECIALIST
