multiple windows for enter the data it will take more time to process each orders, They want to
reduce time, because of that they reached us to automate the manual process.

options. In the process of insurance coverage it has to perform several quote creation every day.
It requires more FTE for quote creation and also requires more time to calculate the quote. They
want to reduce the FTE and increase the effectiveness so American Family approached our
organization to automate the quote creation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Currently invoice support team downloads the invoices from website on daily basis and saves the
pdf files in amazon S3 location manually. The aim of this project is to automate the manual
process and provides significant reduction in FTE and increase in accuracy. The other use cases
we automated as part of this project are validate payment matches, Insurance verification,
Auth information lookup, Validate payment matches, Contract maintenance and amendment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Monitored the performance of the database and checked on the execution time.
 Planning and implementing capacity expansion in order to ensure that the company’s
databases are scalable.
 Identifying issues with the database and resolving them.
