This is to request from your good office for the Time Extension of my contract for
18D00071: CONSTRUCTION OF LAUREL EVACUATION CENTER AT BARANGAY
LAUREL, SAN PASCUAL, BATANGAS PROVINCE. Due to the removal of center column
of located at the second floor of the Accommodation Building to suit actual field condition.

This letter of time extension needs Additional 60 CD, due to waiting of the the
Preparation and Computation of Structural Design Analysis of the new design of the
Accommodation Building.
