Vessel cargo tanks were manually sounded and our finding indicated a total of 51.000 CuM or 321 Bbls
of Oil and Free Water in vessel's cargo tank no: 2P/S and 5P/S found prior before loading unpumpable ex langsa
crude oil
We Taking Bottom Sample Indication Free Water 4(four) Bottles, 2P/S and 5P/S
In view of above obsevation, we do hereby lodge protest and reserve the right of your principals and
clients to revert to you at a later date should it be deemed necessary.

STATEMENT OF FACT
LOW RATE IN PUMPING OPERATION
THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT the discharging operation of the subject vessel at the above
terminal was 44 hour and 24minutes due to the low rate 23,830Cu.M/Bbls per hours
While the vessel actually could delivered (discharged rate) 23.830 Cu.M/Bbls per hours.
In the discharging operation terminal request discharged rate: 25.000 Cu.M/Bbls per hour or
prior discharge pressure at manifold 8.5 kg/cm and maximum disch time 44 Hrs Including Stripping
Total Cargo Loading: 962.738 Barrels ARDJUNA CRUDE OIL
In view of above finding, we do hereby lodge formal protest regarding this matter and reserve the
right of principals and clients to revert to you at a later date should it be deemed necessary.
