I, RAFAEL A. GARCIA JR., of legal age, married, Filipino, with
residence at Block 03 Lot 15. St. Luke., Carmela Executive Village, Brgy. Zone 12A, Talisay City, Negros Occidental, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state the following:
1. That I am the father and Attorney-in-Fact of Laurence John M.
Garcia, on the strength of the Special Power of Attorney (a copy of which is herein attached) he issued in my favor, as his lawful and authorized representative to process the correction of the technical description of a parcel of land registered under his name;
2. That the aforementioned parcel of land is covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. 091-2017008217;
3. That Transfer Certificate of Title No. 091-2017008217 bears the
following description:

CONS-SUBD. OF LOTS 308-C-2 (LRC) PSD-111275; 398,399.400, 401, TALISAY CAD. 48), SITUATED IN THE MUN. OF TALISAY, PROV. OF NEG. OCC., ISLAND OF NEGROS. BOUNDED ON THE SE., ALONG LINE 1-2 BY LOT 1; ON THE SW., ALONG LINE 2-3 BY LOT 12; ON THE NW., ALONG LINE 3-4 BY LOT 11; ON THE NE., ALONG LINE 4-1 BY LOT 14. Technical Description of Lot 13, Block 11, Pcs-06-001056 (Cons- subd. Of Lots 308-C-2 (LRC) Psd-111275, 398, 399, 400 and 401, Cad 48, Talisay Cadastre) by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) ( a copy of which is herein attached), which has the following descriptions:
