1.1.1. Display and buttons – Parameter configuration

Display and buttons are used for machine parameter configuration.


There are 6 buttons : Up, Down, Right, Left, OK, Esc

A display menu enable editing of parameters, some of them are protected by 2 different password levels.

COP board is installed inside COP case; Car buttons are connected to this board.

1.2.2. I/O expansion board

I/O expansion board is connected to JPB connector of COP board and is used for P3B, P4B, P5B callings.

1.2.3. Diagnostic

DL1 led gives info about CAN Bus, DL2 led gives info about programming, DL3 led gives feedback of button
pressed.

DL1 led – CAN Bus diagnostic:


-Slow blinking (1s ON, 1s OFF), COP is receiving CAN Bus signals.
-Fast blinking= CAN Bus wiring incorrect or broken

DL2 led:
-1s ON , 1s OFF, programming OK.

DL3 led – feedback of button pressed:


-Turns on at activating of an input (I0/I1…). If at least one input is activated the led remains ON.

Problem Solution

Check cable and the power supply between: +V and GND. 


COP doesn’t turn ON
Min 12, Max 24V DC

Check the cable and relative leds DL1 and DL2.


COP display doesn’t show a floor / arrow / alarm; it’s

1.3. LOP with display

LOP display manages landing button in terms of callings and acoustic and visual information.

1.3.1. Connectors and PIN layout

1.3.2. Power supply and CAN Bus connection

Power supply and CAN bus cable to next floor has to be connected to available display connector.

120Ω resistor has to be enable only at the last floor LOP display, see picture below

1.3.3. Call button connection

Connect J1 to I0, L0 of display; a circular marker (●) cable side and display side help the correct
connection.

1.3.4. Programming

ENT and SEL buttons are used for menu navigation and display programming.

Remark: M2 = 0 always, also in case of 2 doors at the floor.

1.3.5. Diagnostic

Leds ADR and SER give info to serial communication, led DW gives feedback of button pressed.

Problem Solution

Check cable and the power supply between: +V and


Display doesn’t turn ON GND. 
Min 12, Max 24V DC

Check the cable and wiring L and H.


You don’t see a floor / arrow / alarm; it’s only power ON,
Check mainboard message: E6 – LOP not alive.

Try to invert signals L and H.

The display does not light but you properly see the floors

1.4. LOP without display (ITF850)

LOP (ITF850) manages landing button in terms of callings and acoustic and visual information.

1.4.1. Connectors and PIN layout

• I0, GND – Call button

• +V,L0 – Busy led

1.4.2. Power supply and CAN Bus connection

Power supply and CAN bus cable to next floor has to be connected to available display connector.

120Ω resistor has to be enable only at the last floor LOP display, see picture below.

1.4.3. Call button connection

Connect J1 to I0, L0 of LOP board; a circular marker (●) cable side and LOP side help the correct
connection.

1.4.4. Programming

PRG jumper is used for floor programming of LOP board.

1. Insert the jumper programming “PRG” (SER LED blinking fast);


2. Press nr times call button (J1); First floor = 1 pressure;

for each press of the button, the buzzer sounds a short beep and turn on the two lights for confirmation
(L0 and L1);

3. Remove the programming jumper to save the address of the floor;

1.4.5. Diagnostic

D1 led gives feedback of button pressed; ADD led gives feedback of current floor address, SER gives info
about CAN Bus communication.

LED SER:
- Slow blinking (1s ON 1s OFF), the display receive CAN Bus signals correctly.
- Fast blinking:
 CAN Bus Wiring incorrect or broken;
 board in programming (jumper insert).

LED ADD:
Indicates the address of the floor (1 blinking= first floor), between a visualization and the other must
wait 3 seconds.

Problem Solution

Check cable and the power supply between: +V and GND. 


LOP board doesn’t turn ON
Min 12, Max 24V DC

Check the connection between LOP and button and the relative
diagnostic led D1.
Call does not work Check CAN Bus connection and the relative diagnostic led SER.
Check floor address and relative diagnostic led ADD.
Check mainboard message: E6 – LOP not alive.
