Major Projects

 OGDCL (Oil & Gas development corporation Ltd) Qadir Pur: Maintenance & trouble shooting
of control system at Pakistan’s second largest Gas processing Facility. Control System
consists of approx 4000 IOs. The process control & ESD PLC is Modicon Quantum with
Wonderware HMI.

 OGDCL Kunnar: Schneider Vijeo Citect SCADA graphic development, reporting,

configuration and commissioning for 16,000 tags at Kunnar KPD-Tay.

 Mirpur Khas Millhouse Automation: Complete mill wide system based on Schneider Modicon
M340 including design, installation, programming testing & commissioning of field
instruments, cable trays, power, utilities at Mirpurkhas Sugar Mills.

 Sanghar Millhouse Automation: Automate Cane Machine Including Carriers and Mill House
Design and commissioning. System consist of Modicon M340 Controller for Auto Cane
Feeding System. Scope included Front End Engineering, Control and instrument wiring and
installation, FAT (Factory acceptance test) & SAT (Site acceptance test), Pre Commissioning,
Commissioning, Cable termination in Control and MCC panels Plant startup, Operation
Instrument calibration.

 BHP/BHP, Pakistan: Engineering & Design of HIMA Safety System on an Onshore Oil & Gas
Production Platform of Oil and Gas Extraction Facility of Zamzama Gas Field BHP Pakistan.
o To guarantee safe and reliable control system equipment availability.
o Assistance to facilities engineering to effect modifications in the layout of production area
to optimize the production process.
o Appraising immediate superior of possible anomalies or of technical emergencies, taking
immediate corrective measures if required.

 Coca-Cola HBC, IKEJA, NIGERIA: CIP System for HBC, Hellenic Bottling Company. The project is
to design and control CIP skid having four tanks and with Ten connection points. It is a
turnkey solution by (Integrated Packaging System & Krones) with signal exchange from
Nigerian bottling Company’s existing unit. Siemens S7 1500 (CPU 1516 -3 PN/DP) with
remote IO’s ET 200S, DP/DP Coupler, TP 1500 Comfort Panel with 500 IO’s.

 Coca-Cola HBC, ABUJA, NIGERIA: CIP System for NBC, Nigerian Bottling Company. The project
is to design and control CIP skid having three tanks and with eight connection points. It is a
turnkey solution by (Integrated Packaging System & Krones) with signal exchange from
Nigerian bottling company’s existing unit. Siemens S7 1500 (CPU 1516 -3 PN/DP) with
remote IO’s ET 200S, DP/DP Coupler, TP 1500 Comfort Panel with 400 IO’s

 IoT Project for Obeikan Investment Group: Communication & programming for multiple
Modicon M340, Allen bradley, Siemens, ABB PLCs installed on machines for KPI identification
& manufacturing efficiency improvement.

 MOL / PARCO: OIL DECANTING FACILITY, System consists of Allen Bradley-Control Logix (L71)
Redundant System. Factory Talk View HMI designing, Front End Engineering, Design and
commissioning of PLC system for PARCO, Hydro-Carbon smoke detectors, manual Alarm call
points, UV-IR Detectors and Field instrumentation, Control Panel Manufacturing, FAT (Factory
acceptance test) & SAT (Site acceptance test), Pre Commissioning, Commissioning, Cable

 Sitara Chemicals: Engineering, programming modifications/supervision &

commissioning of Centum CS3000R3 for Boiler section, Power area, Utilities at Sitara
Chemicals.

 AKZONOBEL PAKISTAN (SOLVENT TANK METERING SYSTEM): Design and Engineering of

solvent tanks. The process control system used is ABB (AC500) PLC with Freelance
Engineering 2016 SCADA Installation and connection of field instruments level transmitters,
level switches and Shut down valves.

 RAMZAN SUGAR MILLS (AUTO CANE FEEDING AND MILL AUTOMATION): Complete
Engineering & Designing of DCS for Ramzan Sugar Mill. DCS system based on ABB
(Engineering Freelance) consist of more than 800 I/O’s. This project have multiple complex
loops like: Cascade loops, Interlocks, Shutdown logic. In this project my major roll is I/O’s
list finalization, HMI development, Logic for (Auto cane feeding, Auto Milling, FFE control,
TALO Control and Process Control), Historical and Real Time Trends logging, Excel
Reporting, Architecture designing, Supervision of panel wiring, FAT, SAT, Pre-
commissioning, Commissioning and Startup.

 KAMALIA SUGAR MILLS (REFINE MACHINE AND TALO TROUBLESHOOT): Troubleshooting of

TALO Process. Design , Installation and Commissioning of Refine machine HMI, System used
is Siemens OP-270

 PHILIP MORRIS INTERNATIONAL (BOILER AUTOMATION): Design, engineering and

commissioning of PLC based on Boiler Automation. The process control system used
Siemens S7-300 with Weintek HMI.
