Lawyers’ Assistants shall:


a. Assist Lawyers in recording entries in Notarial Register;
b. Usher clients to designated lawyer and if needed, to legal form drafters;

Registration shall:
a. Keep records of clients’ (Names and Concerns);
b. Keep records of Lawyers’ Attendance;
c. Keep records of Students’ Attendance; and

Note:

1. You may swap schedules with any of the students. No need to inform Lex of the swap.
2. We encourage everyone to serve more than the required number of hours or shifting.
3. Full-time students are requested to be on the venue for the whole duration of the activity.
4. Assignments are contingent-based, and may be changed at any time during the activity.
5. Please be on time.
6. 4th Years are encouraged to be present at any time during the activity.
