Client”) and on whose instruction, we write.
Our client has expressed her displeasure on your consistent late
payment of rent and instalment mode of paying your rent since
you occupied the Shop, which is a breach of the tenancy
agreement signed by yourself with our Client.
We hereby inform you of the Landlady’s decision not to renew
your tenancy and terminate your Tenancy at the expiration of
your Rent.

This situation is not acceptable to our client and we have been instructed to engage all legal means to get

this letter, we will take it that you do not intend to pay and we will use all means within the law to ensure
payment. However, we want to believe you are an honorable person and would accede to our request.
