 OVERVIEW

ORINOX is a “global” software consulting, Plant Design and Engineering firm specializing in the
digitalization of physical assets using the AVEVA suite of products. We operate across many sectors
including oil & gas, nuclear, energy, chemical, pharmaceutical, and food processing.
AVEVA is the global leader in plant, power and naval engineering solutions. It chose to partner
with Orinox as a Registered AVEVA Global Services Provider. This partnership will allow a bigger unit
with multidiscipline knowledge across many industry sectors such as Plant Design and Engineering
business functions.
We have designed training programs for a wide range of the AVEVA suite software’s and for multiple
designing skills included but not limited to (PDMS, E3D, Diagrams, P&ID, and Engineering). Our
beginner courses provide a foundation for best practices, while our advanced courses are used to
develop proficiency and competency with the corresponding modules (Advanced User,
Administration, and Catalogue).
Our training sessions offer shortcuts and "best practices" for AVEVA IE&D based design and data
management. Manuals and training guides may be adapted for specific customer needs upon
request.

Our expert training instructors have years of experience in plant and piping design, structural, civil
engineering, and mechanical design. They encounter the same challenges as our EPC and Owner-
Operator customers, which gives them a unique perspective to keep all training materials both
current and relevant.
Orinox offers training sessions worldwide, both in-house and at client offices. Current training sessions
have the capacity to train 1 to 6 people simultaneously per session, depending on the ability level of
participants and the requested content. We offer fast response times, so sessions may be held with
very little delay throughout the year.

 TRAINING APPROACH

Trainees will be immersed in realistic and engaging training exercises that replicate the design process
across multiple sector: Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Energy, Chemical, Environmental, Pharmaceutical, and
Food Processing.

3.1. Resources

Dedicated Workspace available for training sessions. Conference rooms and collaboration areas will
be available for use.

Training supports including manuals and exercises are given to each trainee upon arrival. A
complementary USB Flash Drive key will also be provided; the key contains the training supports in
digital format, as well as some utilities such as "freeware" and macros for use in the AVEVA Software.

3.2. Course content

Different types of interactive courses, exercises and actual cases drawn from different industrial fields.
All work will be supervised; constant monitoring will allow the instructor to verify the correct progression
of each trainee.

3.3. Means of Evaluation

Following the various practical sections and exercises, a course certificate will be given out to each
trainee upon completion of the training sessions.
