Codman's (Pendulum) Exercises

Codman's pendulum exercises involve relaxing the arm and shoulder muscles and moving the arm in slow arcs in different directions to promote increased range of motion for the shoulder joint. The arm is bent at the waist and hangs down while circular and side-to-side motions are performed in repetitions throughout the day to increase shoulder mobility with minimal pain.
