大家好，欢迎出席 20 ____ / 20 ____年度 _______________国际讲演会备稿演讲比赛，


比赛是讲演会其中一个重要的教育系统。我是赛会主任__________，今天的总评审是________________
今天所有参赛者的名字已经列在这里。
Ladies and Gentlemen, Fellow Toastmasters and Honored Guests. Good Morning / Afternoon / Evening!
Welcome to __________________ International Speech Contests.
Speech contests are an important part of the Toastmasters educational program.
My name is___________and I will be your truly International Speech Contest Toastmasters for today,
and there are contestants for this International Speech contest & our Chief Judge for today is _____________

首先请大家合作把一切可以发出声音的通讯器具,暂时关掉或调到无声状态,
因为这些声音将会干扰到参赛者的演说.
在比赛进行的当儿,请大家不要随意走动，礼宾司会将大门关上，在1分钟沉默时间，
大门才会打开，而除了（分会/分区/区/大会）所指定的照相机以外，严厉禁止观众拍照,
不管是有没有闪光灯的相机都一律不被允许，当最后一位参赛者完成了演说后，
拍照时间将会开放，谢谢大家的合作。
Before the contest begins, Please turn off your handphones and all audible devices or set them
to silent mode. Please do not engage in any activities that will distract the speaker.
Member of the audience are not permitted to leave the room when a contestant is speaking.
Videotaping or Photography is not permitted while the contestants are delivering their speeches.
The door will only be opened by the Sergeant-At-Arms (SAA) during the one minute interval after the
completion of each speech presentation by the contestant.
Your cooperation to strictly observe these house rules is much appreciated.

以下是参赛者必须遵守的要点：
To be eligible to compete in any official Toastmasters speech contest, a member must:

1）所有参赛者必须使用赛会主任指定的同一个讲台进行演讲。
演讲限定时间为5 - 7 分钟，若是少于4分30秒或多于7分钟30秒，参赛者将失去资格。
All contestants will speak from the same platform or area designated by the contest toastmasters，
and your speech shall be from five to seven minutes.
A contestant will be disqualified if the speech is less than four minutes 30 seconds or more than
seven minutes 30 seconds.

2）计时员必须确保参赛者在演讲过程中随时都可以清楚信号。
在 5 分钟亮起绿灯（绿卡）并保持 1 分钟，
在 6 分钟亮起黄灯（黄卡）并保持 1 分钟，
在 7 分钟亮起红灯（红卡）并保持直到演讲者结束演讲。
Timers shall provide warning signals to the contestants, which shall be clearly visible to the speakers.
A green signal will be displayed at five minutes and remain displayed for 1 minutes.
A yellow signal will be displayed at six minutes and remain displayed for 1 minutes.
A red signal will be displayed at seven minutes and will remain on until the conclusion of the speech.

3） 当参赛者对观众做出一个明确的有声或无声的沟通时，时间计算将会开始。
也包含如音效或由另一个人协助做出一个动作等。
Timing will begin with the contestant’s first definite verbal or nonverbal communication with the
audience. This usually will be the first word uttered by the contestant, but would include any other
communication such as sound effects, a staged act by another person, etc.

4） 在赛会主任，我。将会念出参赛者的名字，演讲题目，演讲题目，参赛者的名字，
握手后，参赛者可以开始您的演讲.
Upon being introduced, “your name, speech title, speech title, your name” please proceed to the
speaking position ie the area designated by me, shake my hand and start your speech.

5） 参赛者与参赛者演讲之间，会有一分钟的沉默时间,以便评审团进行评分。
There will be one minute of silence between contestant speeches, during which voting judges
and the tiebreaking judge will mark their ballots.

6） 当最后一位参赛者演讲完毕后，赛会主任会要求观众保持沉默，直到计分员收
取所有评分表格。
When the last contestant finishes speaking, the contest chair will ask for silence until the ballot
counters have collected all ballots.

7) 总评审，你准备了吗？参赛者，你们准备了吗？各位听众，你们准备了吗？
Chief Judge, are you and your team of voting judges ready? (Get OK response from Chief Judge)
Contestants are you ready?” (Get OK response from Contestants)
Fellow audience, are you ready?" (Get OK response from all)

请保持一分钟沉默以让评审团评分....
